To help returning citizen pending release to live independently, to work, to secure and maintain a residence, to maintain health, to assume family responsibilities, to participate in community-based activities and to engage in a law-abiding, responsible lifestyle.
Project .5 Men Under Construction, building the man with knowledge, character, stability, and a firm foundation. Equipping each man to succeed; and paving the way to a brighter future; changing our community one man at a time.
